Location Vatel Madrid is situated in the campus of the French Institute of Madrid (IFM), close to the Colon Plaza in the heart of the cultural centre of Madrid which overllook the Discovery Gardens. At a stone's throw away from the famous residence where lived Federico Garcia Lorca, Luis Buñuel, Salvador Dali, this lively quarter is a regale of architectures, sculptures and gardens. Agglomération of more than 3 million habitants, madrid is the capital of Spain and also is the seat of the World Tourism Organisation (WTO). This is a very important pole of economic activity. The city profits from this lively, modern and attractive image to capture a cultural tourist activity. The Hotel School The School is housed in a magnificent 18th century building and comprises of class and computer rooms, language labs, training restaurant and kitchen, pastry with the most state-of-the-art equipment.
