Location
Located in the Monteregie region, about 50kms from Montreal, Saint-Hyacinthe is ideally situated between Quebec and Ottawa sharing boarders with the American states of Vermont and New York. With a food producation technopole and the Biotechnological City, Saint-Hyacinthe is a seat of knowledge.

The Hotel School
Vatel Quebec is located on the Cegep Saint-Hyacinthe campus, an establishment for higher studies that each year welcomes more than 5 000 students. Everything conductive to a perfect study environment and living conditions has been reunited; a sports center, library, computer labs and wireless high speed internet. There are also many activities that are proposed throughout the year.

The teaching facilities
Practical sessions are conducted in the 4* Hotel des Seigneurs (Lord's Hotel) located in Saint-Hyacinthe. This is one of the major 4* hotels with the largest convention centre in Quebec.

Winner of the Environmental Award by the Quebec government to recognise its commitment in reducing environmental impacts generated due to the many events at the hotel.

Opening of new facilities in September 2009 at the Cegep including a training restaurant and a reception desk.

Requirements:

French Baccalaureat or High school certificate (DEC), "A"level. Adults with valid schooling and work experience might be eligible as well.
