International Curriculum
Vatel, degrees certified by the French Ministry and recognized worldwide
Today, the hospitality and tourism industry is cosmopolitan and globalized, and therefore scouts for trained and qualified personnel.
To answer to these requirements, Vatel proposes a curriculum of 5 years over 2 cycles:
1st cycle
2nd cycle
Each cycle leads to a title certified by the French State (RNCP) and a diploma issued by the International Eurhodip:
(1) Vatel Degree certified by the French Ministry (registered RNCP by the ministerial decree)
(2) Diploma delivered by Eurhodip
