Créée en 1984 en France, Vatel Lyon fête ses 30 ans d'expérience. Elle abrite au sein de ses locaux le siège du groupe Vatel.


With a population of 1.3 million, Lyon is France’s second largest city and the gastronomy capital of the world. A European metropolis, it enjoys a broad economic outreach and is the home to 135,000 students. It shelters a vast historical site, part of Unesco’s World Heritage sites, and has many cultural activities. The Contemporary Art and Dance Biennial, the Lumière Film Festival, Les Nuits Sonors, an electronic music festival, the Light Festival, le Quai du Polar, a crime fiction festival, are all international events drawing in people from the entire world.

Full of old-world bistros and gourmet restaurants, a mosaic of different and welcoming neighborhoods, Lyon was elected as the “Best Week-end Destination in Europe” for 2016.
The Vatel School in Lyon, opened in 1984, currently has 700 students. Located in a bustling part of the city center, the School is just a few minutes away from the Perrache Station, allowing easy access to all sorts of transportation. It will be expanding its facilities for next year’s school intake and this year it opened its brand new application restaurant.
