Tony PAQUET

In 2011, Tony Paquet obtained his Bachelor's Degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel in Lyon before taking off for Vatel in Los Angeles to study for his MBA. And what’s happened since then?

After one year of Managment Training in the Patina Restaurant Group and a very original final dissertation on twenty-first century weddings and marketing strategies for wedding planners, Tony Paquet has just landed his first job thousands of feet from the ground!

As we all know, Vateliens are said to reach for the stars while having their feet on the ground. Well, here we can say that Tony is the exception that confirms this rule: he has just been hired as F&B Manager for Etihad Airways airlines.

This airline, from the United Arab Emirates, is the only one that offers gourmet cuisine with Michelin starred chefs on board. Tony will be the F&B Manager for first class and business class passengers.
