How to Enrol

THE VARIOUS STEPS TO YOUR REGISTRATION ON LINE

 

Complete your registration form very carefully. All the information entered will be checked with the corresponding written proof you will send us by post later on.

 

You will receive an e-mail asking you to send all the necessary documents by post: birth certificate, school reports, diplomas, photos, etc.

 

Once we have checked the documents received, you shall be declared "accepted" or "rejected" and then you will be able to pay your fees either on line with your credit card, or through a bank transfer without charges for the payee.

 

On receipt of your registration fees payment, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and your personal student number. In some countries, this letter will enable you to apply for your passport.

 

8 weeks at the latest before the date of the intake you have chosen, you pay the whole fees (on line or through a bank transfer) for the first academic semester: tuition fees, accommodation, food, insurance, uniform, etc. On receipt of your payment, you will receive your Letter of Guarantee and Residence (LGR), which will enable you to apply for a visa to the French Authorities.

 

Now your registration is completed. You can therefore make your flight reservation for France and give us your flights number. A few days prior to the start of the programme, we will send you by e-mail the last practical information concerning your arrival at the Institut VATEL.
