Vatel Bordeaux is located on the "Quai des Chartrons" in the old town of Bordeaux, right at the heart of the business hotel complex of the "Cité Mondiale".The school boasts a 90-room, three-star hotel, a conference centre, where numerous events are organised, and a restaurant and wine bar, run by an eminently qualified sommelier..
