Location

Lyon is the French capital of gastronomic cuisine. Just two hours from Paris and an hour from the Mediterranean by TGV (high-speed train), Lyon is situated in a remarkable geographical location, kneaded in history; the city was registered as a heritage city by UNESCO.

The Hotel School
Vatel Lyon is located in the heart of the city on what might be referred to as an island between the Rhône and the Saône, the bustling shopping area of the city centre yet close to universities and Perrache railway station.

Teaching Facilities
Vatel Lyon is composed of two buildings. One houses the classrooms reserved for theoretical lessons and the second houses the classrooms dedicated to the practical classes: training kitchen, pastry, application restaurant open to customers.
