Teaching Facilities
The Hotel School and the training restaurant at Vatel Paris were renovated in 2003, the new installations were designed taking into account the latest trends and constitute a model of what training and restaurant management of the future will entail. Students have at their disposal class rooms, computer laboratory, library, internet access and functional training classrooms: training kitchen, pastry, restaurant open to customers.
