Location

Saint-Hyacinthe is located in Monteregie, some 50 kilometres from Montreal and advantageously situated between Quebec city and Ottawa and bordered by the American states of Vermont and New York .

With a food production technopole and Cité des Biotechnologies at its heart, Saint-Hyacinthe is a seat for Knowledge.

The Hotel School

Vatel Quebec is located on the Cegep, an establishment for higher studies that each year welcomes more than 5000 students, Saint-Hyacinthe campus. Everything conductive to a perfect study environment and living conditions to all students has been reunited; a sports centre, library, information labs, wireless high speed internet access. There are also many activities that are proposed throughout the year.

Teaching Facilities
Practical classes take place in the 4**** Hotel des Seigneurs (Lords' Hotel) located in Saint-Hyacinthe. Not only is this a four star hotel, it is also one of the largest congress centers in Quebec .

Language of Instruction: French. However a part of the programme is taught in English
