Back to school days start off with a bang for Vatel Bordeaux Tables and our students, who are beginning their practical application courses. With the goal of providing professional experiences which match today’s changing world in the hospitality, restaurant services and tourism fields, Vatel Bordeaux Tables set up their activities to prepare students to:
- welcome customers and answer their questions,
- use reservation software,
- develop management techniques,
- roll out promotion actions,
- develop customer loyalty.
Tous au Restaurant [Let’s all go to the restaurant]
The Vatel Brasserie will be taking part in the “Your guest is our guest” operation in the framework of the 7th edition of the “Tous au Restaurant” campaign, from September 19th to October 2nd. On this occasion Chef Aurelien Bouygues will launch his new menus, thus giving Bordeaux inhabitants a new gourmet address.
Afterwork at the Bistro
In the evening, regular Bistrot customers get together in the restaurant or on the patio to relax and enjoy assortments of cheese and cold cuts or savory crepes, with a glass of good wine.
Also new this year: once a month, on Thursdays, the Bordeaux Tables will propose a gourmet discovery event on wine, local produce, or both.
An entertaining way to make students more aware of the wealth of products found around Bordeaux.
