About Vatel Restaurants
All the Vatel Schools have an application restaurant.
In their first year, students learn what goes on in the kitchens, in the restaurant and at the front desk, in real professional conditions, with real clients.
They acquire the know-how and people-oriented skills that this profession requires and understand, as they do these jobs themselves, all the various lines of work that personnel they’ll be managing later on are doing.
They are introduced to management: first year students are managed by second year students, who themselves are being supervised by third year students.
