"The students come with an enthusiasm to use their skills but also learn from gaining practical experience in a working environment. They bring expertise and a high service standard which works very well in our teams.

They are very well mannered, customer focused, and professional. These are excellent qualities. During the training courses, they must learn always to keep the customer in mind. Our mission is to make 'every guest feel special', so no matter what you are doing in our hotel it comes back to our mission: our guests.


Our Vatel students work alongside our other employees. We are very team focused here, so everyone works together. It is not unusual to be from a foreign country so we are fortunate to have talent from around the globe.
