Working in the French hospitality industry is great

The legendary Bristol and the Hyatt Hotels in France are now a member of the Top 20 of the 2016 “Best Employers in France.”

Working in the French hospitality industry is great

Named by the Great Place to Work Institute ®, the Le Bristol Parisian Palace, comes in at the 7th place, followed by the French hotels from the Hyatt chain, which come in at the 16th place of the companies that are great places to work.

Michel Jauslin, the Hyatt Regional Vice-President for French Operations, told us how happy and proud he was to see the Hyatt Hotels be a part of this ranking for the second time.

And, during the awards ceremony, he said: “Sincerity is at the heart of our human resources policy. All our Group employees interact, just like in a family. This is why our company has always been a great place to work.”

It is worth repeating that the “Best French Employer 2016” award comes from a detailed study of key questions such as:

• Managerial credibility

• Respect for co-workers

• Fairness and equality in the company

• Employee pride in their work
