Caroline followed an IT course in business and administrative management then registered for the pre-university preparatory course at Vatel Bordeaux. A year after the preparatory course, she got a placement opportunity at the Boutique Hotel Pure House Ibiza. As a personal assistant, she handled various tasks: business Relations, housekeeping, reception, sommellerie, kitchen… Her role as personal assistant allowed her to gain a broad knowledge and acquire operational skills in different departments, which is a good foundation for progressing to a manager position.
Following her placement, she completed her preparatory course and started an MBA in International Hotel Management
During her second year as an MBA student, the same hotel offered her a short-term contract as a Hotel Director. She, of course, said yes.
The new Director will definitely be working around the clock but she is thrilled to take on her new responsibilities despite her heavy schedule!
