Just like a global clock, an International Biennial sets the pace for artists and visitors from all over the world who speak the same language: the language of Art, in its many different facets and eras.
This is yet another opportunity for Vatel to teach a new type of foreign language to its students, and arouse their analytical spirit. Introducing them to contemporary art gives them a possibility to think out of the box, to become aware of all types of art linked to the field of Hospitality as well as questioning themselves on their own vision of the modern world.
This was already the subject that Alain Sebban, President and Founder of Vatel Group, tackled at the end of 2013, in his article "The hospitality sector: a springboard to start your own company".
More to come in a few months with students’ first impressions and their vision of today’s Hospitality industry.
