You will obtain two state-recognized professional titles:
A Level 3 "Restaurant Server" title, which validates your skills to join a team.
A Level 4 "Assistant Merchandising Unit Manager" title, which certifies your specialization and ability to take on responsibilities.
A Level 4 title is equivalent to a professional high school diploma.
It depends on your background:
3-Year Program: The training is directly accessible after the 9th grade. No prior diploma in the restaurant field is necessary; only your motivation matters.
1 or 2-Year Program: You can join this accelerated program if you already hold a CAP, a Professional Title of Level 3, or a high school diploma in the fields of restaurant, culinary arts, or pastr
No, for the 3-year program, no professional experience is required. We are primarily looking for motivated, curious, and determined candidates who are eager to learn.
An apprenticeship contract is generally available to young people between the ages of 16 and 29.

You will have employee status with an employment contract and alternate between periods of classes and periods in the company. It is the best way to learn a profession in a hands-on way.
Yes! As an apprentice, you are an employee of the company you work for and will receive a salary each month. The amount varies based on your age and year of training and corresponds to a percentage of the minimum wage.
No, the training is not the responsibility of the apprentice. The tuition fees are paid in full by the company through its OPCO (Skills Operator).
