Tuition fees are covered, and apprentices receive a salary according to the apprenticeship wage scale. All classes are taught in French and English, and you must be authorized to work in France to apply.

Vatel Gastronomic Restaurant: The school's main training restaurant, which is open to the public. Students learn how to run a restaurant by doing everything from cooking to serving customers. It is an important place to learn both technical skills and how to act professionally.
Seminar rooms and reception halls: These flexible spaces let students learn how to plan and run events like seminars, conferences, banquets, and cocktail parties. Students learn how to plan and work together.
