Study hotel management at the Vatel School in Lyon
Founded in 1984, Vatel Lyon has 800 students. Located in a bustling part of the city center, it is just a few minutes away from the Perrache Station, allowing easy access to all sorts of transportation.
It has expanded its facilities, opened a second site and inaugurated its brand-new application restaurant.
Classes here are taught in French only
Vatel Lyon is a hotel management school that has four practical application structures.After their weeks of theoretical courses, students can do their professional experience weeks, with:
- local clients and business clients at the Vatel Gourmet Carnot boutique
- a client base of active urban inhabitants as well as international visitors at the catering Vatel Gourmet Grand Hotel Dieu boutique
- a student client base at the Vatel Cafe
- a gourmet and demanding clientele at the Vatel Restaurant
To gain experience in all functions in the hotel management industry, and in addition to practical application weeks carried out in our Vatel brand boutiques, studies have missions in our school’s partner hotels:
