Event Project Manager

As a true conductor, you would organize and supervise a wide variety of events—such as trade shows, seminars, conferences, and awards ceremonies—on behalf of a company or for external clients. Your goal would be to create unifying experiences, strengthen cohesion, and contribute to the company's communication and brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities

The Event Project Manager designs, organizes, and supervises every step of a project:

  • Planning: You'll analyze the project's feasibility, create the specifications, and define the key stages.
  • Vendor Coordination: This involves selecting, negotiating with, and managing partners, such as caterers, decorators, and technical staff.
  • Contingency Management: You'll anticipate risks and put backup plans in place.
  • Operational Supervision: On the day of the event, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and that the event is a success.
  • Evaluation: You'll measure the event's impact and participant satisfaction, then handle the administrative closeout of the project.
